6)Are existing ICT services regularly reviewed, updated and removed if no longer in use?

 Yes there is existing  ICT service who is ICT teacher of our students , Our students call him Mevlüt teacher .He regularly reviewes, updates smart boards of classes .Last year he  removed  the old computers no longer in use recycle old computers.Our smart class boards were given free of charge to all schools throughout Turkey as a product of the Fatih project. When there is a problem with smart boards, they are reported to the central system and maintained.
